Todd is the US Senior Manager of Sustainable Solutions for ROCKWOOL North America and Chairperson of the Rainscreen Association in North America (RAiNA). He has over 20 years of experience working on façade systems and the building enclosure, holding technical and business development leadership positions for multiple leading product manufacturers. He is a certified passive house designer and currently sits on the board of directors for New York Passive House (NYPH).

Louis Koehl

Louis Koehl is the Director of Sustainable Design at Handel Architects, which he joined in 2012. He is responsible for advancing the firm’s mission of industry leadership in sustainable design by supporting strategic initiatives focused on aspirational goals. He serves as both a resource to the office and the development community.
Louis’ projects at Handel Architects include the world’s largest fully affordable Passive House Building, Sendero Verde in East Harlem; an all-electric Passive House dormitory for the University of Toronto; and Winthrop Center, a mixed-use project in Boston which includes 812,000 SF of Passive House commercial space and has ambitious LEED and WELL targets.
Louis is a registered architect in the State of New York and a Certified Passive House Designer. He received his Master of Architecture from Columbia University after receiving his BA in Architecture from the University of Kentucky.

Crystal Ng
A LEED Accredited Professional and Certified Passive House Consultant, Senior Associate Crystal Ng champions innovative design solutions that help achieve more sustainable and socially equitable projects. She leads C+GA’s office-wide sustainability efforts, including the firm’s commitment to meeting the AIA 2030 Challenge and Material Pledge towards the design of carbon-neutral buildings. Her in-depth research and thoughtful design approach have been instrumental on a range of the firm’s mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments, as well as master planning projects.
Crystal is a frequent speaker on sustainable and resilient design for affordable housing, particularly Passive House, and taught at the Building Energy Exchange’s Passive House Primer Program. Her passion for equitable, low-carbon design has led her to advocate among peer groups as well as the public at large. She also serves her community in efforts such as the Neighborhoods Now initiative and Rewired, building climate positive neighborhoods, launched by the Urban Design Forum. Crystal serves on the NESEA BuildingEnergyNYC content committee and on the board of New York Passive House.
